Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They track the economic performance of an underlying stock or ETF. They do not confer ownership, voting rights, or a direct claim on the company. Not offered to US persons or several other jurisdictions. This app is unaffiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. Nothing here is financial advice. You can lose money.
In plain terms: you are holding a debt instrument whose value tracks a share price. You are not a shareholder of Apple, Nvidia or anyone else. You cannot vote. You have no claim on the company. Your claim is on the issuer.
Who cannot use this
Stock Tokens are not offered to persons in:
